Welcome to our Restorative Yoga - Easy Tai Chi Combination Practice in Aguanga!
We are now in our 9th year of serving our wonderful mountain community. Thank you for the honor and privilege to serve you. ❤
• Out of our continuing deep respect for every student, and in the spirit of enabling and preserving a peaceful, meditative environment,
we have updated our student guidelines below.
Kindly Read Our Student Guidelines & Class Etiquette and Fill Out The Form Below.
- Please bring:
• 2 bath/beach towels (one to cover bolster, one for neck & head support),
• water,
• a journal/note pad, pen/pencil,
• a hat (highly recommended),
• sunglasses (if you prefer), a pair of cozy socks (if you prefer) and an eye/sleep mask (if you have one).
• Please wear clothes that will allow you to stretch comfortably.
- In consideration that class is being held at a private residence, please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before practice, also allowing for the teacher's pre-class preparation to be completed.
- Upon arrival, please make sure your phone is turned off & please stay socially distanced.
- Please take a bolster and a blanket from the provided pile and choose a spot that is appropriately distanced from fellow students, set up your props, and begin meditating and/or stretching silently. It's at this point where it is vital to postpone any chatter up until 5 minutes after the end of class, so that every student gets the chance to experience peace and relaxation, as they set up, and also as they pack up after class. Maintaining a serene environment is of the upmost importance.
- Class begins promptly on time. • Kindly be completely settled-in before the start of class.
- If you have any questions before class, please approach the teacher who will be seated on their mat. If you have any questions during class, give the teacher a wave and they will happily approach you.
- Soliciting, selling, advertising products or services, whether yours or of a third party, is strictly prohibited. Promoting beliefs or giving unsolicited advice is also strictly not permitted.. We strive for a completely professional and stress-free experience, for everyone, every time. (Again, please speak directly with your teacher with any concerns or questions.).
