Retreat Refund Policy
We care about our students. The policies below are provided to ensure the fairness, equity and safety of all our retreat participants. We know that sometimes things comes up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned, so before purchasing a retreat, please take a few minutes to read through the below as it is your responsibility to understand our cancellation and refund policy. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RETREAT EVENT:
• 60 days or more prior to the start of the Yoga Skies retreat, you will receive: 100% refund minus a $30 administration fee.
• 31-59 days prior to the start of the Yoga Skies retreat, you receive: 50% refund of the amount you paid and will forfeit the remainder.
• 0-30 days prior to the start of the Yoga Skies retreat, no refunds or credits apply. We will gladly transfer your spot to another family member or friend of your choosing.

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due too few participants, we will refund you you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for related prepaid airfare or other travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Yoga Skies Retreats must cancel a yoga retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the resort / retreat operator we work with. To cover these risks, please consider purchasing trip insurance.

You won't receive a refund for not attending or arriving late so trip insurance may be important to you.
If you need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
