Welcome to our new website!

Welcome to our first blog! We're very grateful for your interest and support!
Well, it's been an awesome summer so far! Started restorative yoga classes at The Hamilton Museum and at Gregoire Combatives Martial Arts! We're so thankful to be working with really lovely people. Thrilled to share that the wonderful Margaret Jenke (age 90) from the museum practices Legs Up The Wall at home for a good 30 minutes! She says it makes her feel great! I also gave a quickie LUTW tutorial to Margaret's gardener who says he practices for an hour in his living room while listening to classical music and that it has helped him greatly! On top of that, I'm beyond thrilled to say that class attendance on the museums lawn has reached double digits in a really short amount of time! Yay! Thank you to everyone who has helped make that happen! Here's to celebrating the moment under those beautiful, old trees for a long time to come!
Thankful for Steven Gregoire of Gregoire Combatives and his great crew! A beautiful group of beings. My heart overflows at the abundance of smiles when I'm in their presence. Looking forward to tons of fun, packed classes like last week!
And then there are my ladies at Lake Riverside Estates! Home Sweet Home. The class that started it all! Infinite thank you's for their love and dedication. To hear them sing at the end of class makes me weep. Here's to you, gorgeous ones!
